With immense pride, we would like to announce that our INTUC State President M Qamruzzaman Qamar, was present in the Working Committee Meeting of National INTUC, where our National President Dr G Sanjeev Reddy and General Secretary Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh were also present.

The meeting was held today at Uttariya Rail Karmachari Sangh Auditorium at Panchkuyian Road, New Delhi. While addressing the members and office bearers of Working Committee, Qamar Saheb highlighted the strength and weaknesses of INTUC right from the National Committee to the State branches and Industrial Workers Federations. He also pointed out the onslaught on working class by fascist dispensation at centre and State governments as well.

Mr Qamar called upon the leaders to face the forthcoming membership verification conducted by Ministry of Labour, Government of India. He pointed out that in absence of right thinking leaders of different sectors especially Jute, Port, Informal Sector and GIG WORKERS’ and Scheme workers, the INTUC is not visible and leaders of the Organised Sector are deliberately ignoring the outsourced workers and the workers working in the unorganised sector, the reasons are best known to the so-called veterans and lovers of working class.

Lastly, he had made a clarion call to face the challenges before the working class and especially weaker section of workers working in unorganised sector.
