A galaxy of INBEF leaders, across the country, enriched the audience with their thoughtful deliberations.

On both days Md Qamruzzaman Qamar, President INTUC-WB Br & Sr. Secretary of National INTUC was present as the Chief Speaker. Along with him Shri Om Prakash Sharma, President INBEF, S B Menon and I.S.Putran delivered valuable discourses.

In his speech Mr Qamar pointed out that to augment membership a union should have a strong character. Stop showing despair because we have not our Govt at the center. It is your strength that will make Govt. of your choice. Advised to make a union of unorganized employees in the banks, Augment the past leaders through whatsapp and discuss with them to improve your strength. He said INTUC is always with the working class. But unless you take one step forward, how can INTUC sail you ashore?

Shri Om Prakash Sharma said that to strengthen the organization, make a committee of 30% retiree & 70% existing employees. State committees are to be formed immediately for sending it to IBA. He said If the BJP comes to power in 2024, they will definitely implement the labour codes which would severely affect the working employees. It is the duty of the leaders to know and preach the impacts of labour codes to existing employees.

Other dignitary leaders of INBEF were present in the event were Debapriya De Sarkar, Shambhu Deb, Barun Sarbadhikari, Indrajit Paul, Monoranjan Upadhyay, Ashis Kundu, Ashim Ray, Dinesh Biswas & others.
