Today, as per the instruction of M Qamruzzaman Qamar, the President, INTUC West Bengal, Sri Soumak Palit, one of our Media Co-Coordinators, who happens to be situated at Delhi and assisting our organisation (INTUC, WB) in a remarkable way, met with the Resident Commissioner of Government of West Bengal at New Delhi, Shri Rajdeep Datta and handed over a Memorandum in connection with the recently happened brutal and horrific rape and murder of a trainee doctor at the RG Kar Hospital, demanding transparent and speedy justice and an immediate probe under CBI and resignation of the incompetent CM of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, being the Health and Home Minister herself, on moral grounds.

Sri Datta had assured of reporting the same to the concerned authorities and handing over the memorandum to the appropriate person for desired action.
