Burrabazar District INTUC organised a well planned meeting managed by Sri Yogendra Mishra, Working President, at Jamunalal Bajaj Street today, with his followers and fellow workers.

M Qamruzzaman Qamar, President, INTUC West Bengal Branch, Sri Dibendu Mitra, General Secretary, INTUC WB, Sri Sunil Singh, President, Howrah District INTUC, Sri Manoj Singh, Secretary, INTUC WB, Sri Pramod Pandey, President, INTUC Sevadal, Sri Tapan Agarwal, Sr Secretary, INTUC WB, Shayesta Kadir, Vice President, INTUC Women Worker’s Committee, WB, Sri Sankar Nath Hazra, Organising Secretary, INTUC, WB and other leaders of Burrabazar district INTUC were present in the meeting.

Both Qamar Saheb and Sri Mitra spoke at length on the various issues faced by the unorganised workers specifically in the Burrabazar area and how the Central and the State Governments are exploiting them, depriving them of their regular facilities and amenities.

Sri Sunil Singh and Sri Manoj Singh also spoke on the same issues and assured the workers that they will fight hard to help them overcome their challenges.
