Audience of members of S E Rly. Unorganised Men’s Congress at Santragachhi, Union premises on the eve of AGM of the Union.

The meeting held on 9th july,2022 was presided by Mr. Qamruzzaman Qamar, President of the Union & State President of INTUC.

Smt Sagarika Das, Vice President, INTUC-WB Branch, Gulam Rabbani, Aftab Alam, Kalyan, Samir, Noor Ahmed & others addressed the gathering and called for United Struggle against Exploitation of workers and violation of statutory provisions and advice the members to unite and strengthen the union.

Mr Qamar in his presidential address called upon the workers to oppose anti labour and anti people policy of Central Government led by Modi. He was critical of sell out of railway stations and trains. He also congratulated the workers for their concerted fight against corrupt Railways Authorities. The AGM ended at 3.30 PM with a clarion call to Awake, Arise n Struggle against corruption, exploitation and violation of statutory provisions.
